Yohance Fuller, Managing Principal
Yohance Fuller is the founder and Managing Director of Adinkra Solutions. A seasoned finance and real estate executive, his experience spans acquisitions, asset management, investments, commercial & residential development and project management. Over the past decade, he has developed an expert understanding of public-private partnerships, real estate, and community development projects.
At Adinkra, Fuller leads his team of experts to provide real estate advisory and economic development consulting. Using their collective expertise, the Adinkra team works to champion initiatives that create inclusive communities.
Prior to Adinkra, Fuller served as COO for DC’s Department of General Services. In this role, he oversaw the department’s five major divisions, which touched government real estate functions including construction, facilities maintenance, acquisitions, leasing, sustainability and contracting & procurement. Prior to his COO role, Fuller served DGS as Head of the Portfolio Division, where he led real estate negotiations on behalf of DC Government and reconciled the government’s 40-million square foot portfolio.
