Founded in 2021, Adinkra Solutions, Inc. is a certified District of Columbia business enterprise providing institutional-caliber real estate advisory and asset management services to public agencies, universities, and private institutions. With offices in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, we serve clients across the greater Capital Region.

Our team brings decades of combined experience across public sector real estate leadership, affordable housing finance, and institutional investment management. We operate at the intersection of public mission and private market discipline. Beyond advisory, the firm is building a principal investment portfolio spanning multifamily real estate and essential-service business acquisitions, aligning our interests directly with the asset classes we advise on.

Yohance Fuller

Yohance Fuller

Founder & CEO

Yohance is building a diversified real estate investment and advisory platform through Adinkra Solutions, Inc. He brings deep government fluency developed across three mayoral administrations in Washington, DC, most notably as Chief Operating Officer of the DC Department of General Services, where he directed operations for a 40M+ square foot public portfolio and led the $80M MLK Gateway Project, a landmark public-private partnership.

He currently serves as Vice Chair of the DC Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA), an S&P AA-rated issuer that has financed over 50,000 affordable housing units. Beyond advisory, Yohance is an active investor with a growing portfolio of commercial real estate, multifamily assets, and essential-service operating businesses. His transaction experience spans multifamily underwriting at Citi Community Capital and direct principal investment, bringing a hands-on owner's perspective to every client engagement.

Abideen Onigbanjo

Abideen O. Onigbanjo, Esq.

Director of Finance & Growth

Abideen leads the firm's capital access strategy, financial infrastructure, and client development. He brings 15+ years of experience across public finance, federal audit, real estate operations, and legal practice, with a focus on building the systems and relationships that drive disciplined growth.

Prior to Adinkra, Abideen served as Special Assistant to the Director at the DC Department of General Services, where he oversaw five divisions and managed commercial real estate lease portfolios of up to $250M annually. His earlier career includes federal audit at KPMG, revenue maximization at DC Child and Family Services Agency, and real estate legal practice in New Jersey.
